Hillsborough County Public Schools’ International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program

There are four Hillsborough County Public School high schools offering the IB Diploma Program: Hillsborough, King, Robinson, and Strawberry Crest. Upon acceptance into the program, students will attend one of these high schools based on their residential address. Locate your IB school area. The IB program is a four year program and only takes students at the beginning of 9th grade, unless they are transferring from another authorized IB World School.

  • All families should apply online through through HCPS Magnet page
  • Families new to HCPS, including those with students entering kindergarten, will apply online.
  • The application period opens at noon, November 1, 2016.
  • If you need assistance contact the Choice Information Line at 813-272-4692  .
  • Selections on the application are not ranked
  • You can make a maximum of 5 selections at the high school level (maximum 2 selections per program).
